WHAT IS AN AFFILIATE STORE?
Your free store is essentially an online store connected to ours where your customers can do one or all of the below things:
*Design & buy their own printed & embroidered apparel
*Customize &/or buy the decorated products that you create
*Buy blank products.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We work on a drop shopping business model, so we hold the stock and deliver it to your customers.
Your main job is to customize your site so that it suits your brand or aesthetic.
Once you are happy with the look of your site you can start marketing & spread the word to get your customers to visit & ultimately buy from you.
Your orders come straight through to us in an email (which you will also receive) to fulfil / print / embroider in 2-3 days.
We will deliver to your customers in 2-4 days depending on where in South africa they live.
You choose a markup percentage from our wholesale price so that at the end of each month, we will pay you your profits (Via EFT - not paypal).
(Profits are worked out by minusing the wholesale price, delivery costs & bank charges from the total markup price.)
HOW DOES CUSTOMER COMMUNICATION WORK?
We give your customers technical support when they need it and quote them on orders so you dont need to.
All email correspondance will show your store details and there will be no paper work in the
packaging, so there is no way of your customers knowing that their order is coming from and being fulfilled by OneOff.

WHAT IS DTG DIGITAL PRINTING?
DTG stands for Direct to Garment, this process uses ink to print directly onto the item of your choice. Direct to garment specialises in highly detailed short production run prints on 100% cotton garments. If you run a fashion label or want to provide customised clothing for an event or business, then direct to garment is a highly cost-effective option that gives you plenty of options. Since you can use digital images, it means you can easily create a design using software, upload it to your site and easily print out shirts, hoodies etc, with that exact design. There is almost no loss in quality and the accurate reproduction means you always get a high-quality design.
The large array of colour options means that you don’t have to compromise like with other printing methods, and the no setup costs make it perfect for one-time production runs. DTG ink is waterbased so this printing method is eco-friendly.

ARTWORK & ACCEPTABLE FILE TYPES:
Raster (PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF, TIF) and Vector (CDR*, PDF, EPS, PS, SVG, SVGZ) -
Please note that if you do use vector files, you can edit the colours of your design in the Designer.
Image size: We suggest that your artwork/customer's artwork should be at least 300DPI and atleast 1200px wide.
Anything below this can make the print look blurred or pixelated.
Small images might look fine on your desktop or phone screen but will pixelate when printed bigger.
Although they might take longer to upload, we can print extremely detailed artwork and can print up to 1200DPI.
If you are really worried, you can print the size you want on a piece of paper and check how it looks first.
